September 4, 2019 — UniFocus, the leader in advanced Labor Management solutions for the hospitality industry, announced today that KSL Resorts has chosen UniFocus’ innovative Labor Management (LMS) and Time and Attendance (T&A) System for their recently acquired Camelback Resort property in Tannersville, PA.
According to Claude Brock, VP Asset Management Services at KSL Resorts, “Camelback is a unique property. It incorporates both indoor and outdoor water parks, seasonal F&B outlets, a ski mountain, a snow tubing hill and a full-service hotel with multiple outlets. UniFocus technology, which we have utilized in other KSL Resort properties (most recently the Monarch Beach Resort), gives us an integrated tool which provides end-to-end control from short-term forecasting and scheduling to time management and labor analytics that drive continuous improvement. Their system is ideally suited for Camelback’s complex, dynamic environment.”
Under the terms of the agreement, UniFocus’ T&A and LMS software will be installed at Camelback while UniFocus works with the management team to develop optimized labor standards which reflect the operating environment and labor market.

UniFocus’ LMS provides a dynamic schedule editor for managers to make changes to system-generated schedules. It features an advanced interactive dashboard, allowing management to drill down and examine results at any level in the company structure.
The T&A system features cloud-based, real-time punch reporting and a communications portal, enabling employees to view schedules or make requests from their smartphones or any device with internet access. Additionally, it helps reduce overtime with innovative touch-screen Smart Clocks.
