Dallas – August 22, 2012 – UniFocus is pleased to announce it has re-launched its website. The new website offers an innovative look and a streamlined user experience. One of the primary goals for the site is for visitors to easily gain a comprehensive understanding of UniFocus and the benefits provided through its products and services.
“Our approach to the website is meant to reinforce UniFocus as the hospitality and service industry leader and take into account the collective expertise and knowledge of our team,” said Beth Mahler, Marketing and Brand Director of UniFocus. “We feel like we’ve created a website that is incredibly user-friendly. Whether it is information on our products and services or the latest news about UniFocus> and our partners, visitors to the site will find the information they need.”
In conjunction with the re-launch of the website, UniFocus has organized its business into four specific product and services suites:
- Labor Management (previously known as Watson, R.M., includes Labor Management System and Time and Attendance)
- Survey Solutions (includes GUESTScope, SERVICEScope, MEETINGScope and STAFFScope)
- Performance Tools (includes business intelligence, operational budgeting and revenue reporting)
- Consulting and Training (this new suite has been created to capitalize on the company’s strengths)
“We felt that the clear delineation of our four product and services suites will be essential as we continue to grow the company,” said Mark Heymann, President and CEO of UniFocus. “The functionality of the new website is night and day different from what we had before, and we’re really excited about the current features and look forward to adding even more creative content in the future.”
The login procedure and functionality for UniFocus’ product lines remain the same, so current customers will not have a difficult time adapting. The new site features a library and archives of UniFocus’ educational resource, FocusED, and includes articles written about the company and by UniFocus team members.
