Dallas, Feb. 28, 2012 - UniFocus is pleased to announce the Dallas Convention and Visitors Bureau (Dallas CVB) has recently been listed at number four in the Top 40 Places to Work, small company category, by the Dallas Morning News.
The organization also won first place in the “Best Communication” category. Rankings are based on feedback from employees at the organizations surveyed.
The Dallas CVB has been utilizing UniFocus’ STAFFScope™ web-based survey technology feedback system to engage employees for the past seven years and attributes some of its recent success to the program.
“The feeling is that by having used UniFocus’ STAFFScope system consistently over an extended period of time to identify critical issues, we have built the organization up gradually year over year,” said Sherry Andrus, Vice President, Administration of the Dallas CVB. “Employee engagement is key, and it is very rewarding to see all of our efforts culminating with these top honors.”
STAFFScope targets simple improvements that impact staff attitudes and supports strategic goals with positive behavior reinforcement. The survey enables employers to review all aspects of the service environment for higher guest satisfaction and improved operations performance. Training and support is provided by UniFocus’ team of HR experts.
“We are proud that the Dallas CVB has been able to use the information gained from the continuous use of STAFFScope surveys to make it one of the best places to work in Dallas,” said Mark Heymann, President and CEO of UniFocus. “Communication is a key element in providing a healthy workplace atmosphere and by keeping a direct line of dialogue with the employees, success has been achieved.”
