Award-winning boutique hotel is the only student-run Autograph Collection hotel in the world.
DALLAS, TX— June 20, 2022— UniFocus, the leading provider of Workforce Management Systems, is pleased to announce that it is donating its advanced labor management platform to The Union Club Hotel at Purdue University, Autograph Collection.
The historic boutique property on Purdue University’s campus is managed by White Lodging and offers Purdue University students real-world hotel management experience. Like other common systems in place at the hotel that are used across the industry, this donation by UniFocus helps ensure that future industry leaders will have the expertise necessary to address the latest workforce management needs and challenges.
“With a student workforce, we must be extremely agile and technology-forward as we manage our workforce needs,” said Victoria Wicks, General Manager of The Union Club Hotel. “UniFocus, with its constantly evolving technology, continues to represent the industry’s latest capabilities in effective labor management. We look forward to collaborating and using the technology to not only manage our own workforce, but to train students how the right technology can help ensure maximum workforce productivity aligned with demand – without sacrificing service expectations.”
UniFocus’ Labor Management Solution is used across all White Lodging’s approximately 60 hotels. The advanced tools allow the company to more accurately forecast projected service demand volumes by the hour and by department, limiting the risks of under- or over-staffing.
