Ramandeep’s dedication to inclusivity, teamwork, and communication has consistently made a positive impact. Ramandeep is well-known for his warm and approachable demeanor, and he fosters a strong sense of unity, not just within his team but across various departments. He enthusiastically engages with peers from across different teams and is always up for cross team activities which has helped create a more inclusive work environment. A recent example of his commitment to team unity occurred when he volunteered to adjust his shift at the last minute. One of his team members, who was scheduled to take over the morning shift from him had an unexpected personal requirement, leaving the team in need of coverage. Despite having an upcoming wedding in the family for which he needed to do legwork, Ramandeep selflessly stepped up and extended his shift by a week.

Empower

As we think about attributes for Empower – Agile, Results-Focused and Domain Expert – Raghava is the name that comes to mind for the Survey products. The entire survey team in the US appreciates his positive attitude, willingness to help, ability to quickly identify the issue and collaborate on a resolution (no matter the time or day). He owns whatever is thrown his way and we appreciate that. He also is a great delight to work with - he speaks in a way that is easy for people to understand who don’t have extensive database, code, or technical knowledge. The week before a big STAFF Scope project was to launch, we realized the activity report was no longer behaving as expected – within a day he identified the issue in the code/calculations, scheduled a meeting to discuss with us and fixed it.

Inspire

Frank has consistently produced high-quality content that not only meets but often exceeds our organizational standards. His ability to simplify complex topics has significantly improved the clarity and effectiveness of our materials, resulting in a more engaged audience and better learning outcomes. His mentorship has also had a broader impact on the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. By sharing best practices and providing constructive feedback, he has elevated the overall quality of our content development process. Frank exemplifies the qualities of a great leader and mentor, making him a deserving candidate for this award. His contributions have positively influenced both individual team members and the organization.

Excel

Biman’s efforts in accelerating migration and fast-tracking projects have had a significant positive impact on our organization. By building on his strengths and addressing the areas for improvement, he can continue to drive successful outcomes. Over the past few months, Biman has shown outstanding dedication, technical skills and leadership skills making a significant impact on team and the organization. His hard work has gone above and beyond expectations. One of Biman’s biggest achievements is his crucial role in the smooth integration of the OPS to TAPS applications by using AWS cloud platform. This project was not only technically challenging but also required careful coordination to ensure smooth monthly release deployments. Thanks to Biman’s efforts, these deployments have been handled with minimal issues, ensuring uninterrupted operations across multiple departments, and improving overall efficiency.
