DALLAS – Jan. 13, 2017 – The AAA Five-Diamond Monarch Beach Resort has chosen to implement UniFocus’ Web-based MEETINGScope, the most advanced system available for gathering critical meeting planner feedback.
The survey and analysis tool allows organizations to understand how planners perceive entire experiences, from the time they are contracted through the event’s end, and identifies areas in which adjustments can be made to increase meeting and event planners’ intent to return and recommend. This is the second UniFocus solution to be installed at Monarch Beach Resort, and the ninth UniFocus solution for the resort’s management company, KSL Resorts.
