In Robust Third Quarter, 83 Properties Add UniFocus Solutions, from Employee and Guest Feedback Tools to Its Signature LMS

Published in Hotel Online – November 7, 2016 – Dallas-based UniFocus has posted another strong quarter, installing one or more of its industry-leading, comprehensive workforce management systems and tools in 83 new locations between July and September 2016. Gains have been particularly strong for two of UniFocus’ Survey Solutions, GUESTScope and STAFFScope, spurred in part by the approach of year’s end when companies traditionally measure employee engagement. Also experiencing robust growth are UniFocus’ signature LMS, Global Time & Attendance, and consulting solutions.

Among UniFocus’ recent wins are Walton Street Capital, a new LMS and Consulting customer; HP Hotels, which has added STAFFScope to its 25 properties; and Auberge Resorts Collection. Auberge is in the process of installing GUESTScope and STAFFScope at its 10 resorts in California, Colorado, Mexico, Costa Rica, British West Indies, and Fiji.
