The Cambria brand team came to UniFocus after a third-party audit recommended UniFocus’ solution for increasing the satisfaction rate of those holding meetings and/or events at Cambria hotels. UniFocus' MEETINGScope identifies the perceptions that meeting planners have from contract and planning through to the event day and post-event. MEETINGScope’s web-based survey technology allows hotels to successfully manage the relationship between a meeting planner and the hotel, enabling the hotel to identify areas for improvement and to growing the property’s meetings and events business.
