Arora has held senior positions at Paycor, ADP, Thomson Reuters, and Dun & Bradstreet. He previously served as Chief Service Officer at Paycor, as well as a Senior Vice President and General Manager at ADP across multiple divisions during his tenure. At Paycor, Moneesh oversaw significant revenue growth and had organizational responsibility for 37,000 client relationships. At ADP, Moneesh defined growth strategies across small and mid-market SaaS divisions, including an expansion of the product platform and service model.
Moneesh currently serves on the board of Greenshades, a leading provider of payroll and HR solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BS), Industrial Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology, College of Engineering, and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), Finance from NYU, Stern Graduate School of Business.
Karie Kelly is a seasoned professional with a remarkable career spanning more than three decades, primarily in the fields of software product management and engineering leadership. During her time at WebPT, Karie led the harmonization of product portfolios and the strategic planning of common services, interoperability, analytics, and patient outcomes offerings. She reimagined product organizations, optimizing them for scalability, fostering individual growth, and enhancing operational efficiency, ultimately delivering distinctive end-to-end SaaS solutions in the rehabilitation therapy sector.
While at IBM Watson Health, Karie played a pivotal role in orchestrating the expansion of next-generation care management solutions into both U.S. and international markets. Notably, she established IBM Watson Health's first HIPAA-compliant SaaS offering on the IBM Cloud. Karie directly oversaw the profit and loss (P&L) for the multi-million-dollar care management within the population health market. Her ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and drive innovation was evident, highlighted by her leadership of IBM research programs with team members from around the world, focusing on behavioral insights, engagement strategies, and medication adherence. Her work led to notable publications, including her receipt of the prestigious AMIA 2018 Distinguished Paper Award.
Karie holds a Master of Science (MS) in Engineering Management from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University.
In her former life, Corey was the VP of Marketing for a global workforce communication platform that was awarded the Hottest Technology by ALIS and also won the TechOvation Award from HTNG. For many years, Corey was at the helm of her own firm where she worked with companies ranging from hotel franchise brands, technology, design, investment banking and retail firms that resulted in numerous mergers and acquisitions.
Early in her career, Corey was the Associate Publisher of Penton Media's Lodging Hospitality Magazine where she gained extensive insights into all facets of hospitality, digital media, and technology landscape. She produced her first virtual event in 2005, launched the Green Lodging Conference in 2006 and worked with hundreds of companies to help build brand awareness and generate leads in the hotel, restaurant and real estate markets. This access to some of the world's leading brands allowed her to identify trends, quickly test and optimize new platforms and multichannel campaigns.
Corey earned her MBA in 2010 from St. Mary's College of California where she honored in Marketing, Business Strategy and Organizational Behavior Management. She serves on the board of LesliesWeek.org as well as TheWallofHonorProject.org.
For the past 10 years, Ed has taken multiple startup and growth companies, revamped their processes & organizations and building successful companies with exits. He has extensive experience in building and leading teams in Latin America, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific. Most recently he was Chief Revenue Officer at CoreView, a Private Equity backed Milan based global company.
Prior to that, he spent 12 years at Oracle leading teams that sold technology and application solutions to companies that range from Mid-Market Regional Organizations to some of the largest Global Accounts in the World.
With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including successful stints as a General Manager and VP of Operations, Ralph runs worldwide implementation, training, configuration, consulting, and interfaces for Unifocus.
Since 2012, he has been laser-focused on streamlining Unifocus processes and getting projects up and running smoothly. His analyses, insights, and training have guided key decision-makers in the hospitality field through major implementation projects, covering everything from staff planning to budgeting.
Ralph sits on the Board of Governors for the College of Merchandising, Hospitality, and Tourism at the University of North Texas. With a B.S. in Economics from Vanderbilt University and an M.S. in Economics and an M.B.A. from Indiana University, Ralph lends his expertise to Unifocus and our clients.
Justin brings over 15 years of finance leadership experience across public and private equity-backed companies and has a passion for driving growth and improving operational efficiency.
Prior to joining Unifocus, Justin was the CFO of Korbyt, a workplace engagement software company, and led its successful exit in 2023. Earlier in his career, Justin was an investment banker at KeyBanc Capital Markets and an auditor at Deloitte & Touche.
Justin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northwestern University, a Master of Science (MS) degree in Accounting from University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Arizona State University. Justin is a CFA charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant.
Vishruti Arora is a seasoned HR leader who brings over a decade of dynamic experience across diverse HR domains. She excels in building people-first organizations and aligning HR processes with business operations. Her journey so far involves collaborating with multifaceted and diverse teams to attract, nurture, and retain top-tier talent, steering the growth trajectories of prominent organizations. Contributing to enhancing brand reputation and market competitiveness by transforming companies into coveted employers of choice, her distinctive ability lies in cultivating environments where innovation thrives. Having previously left her mark on various product companies and startups such as REA India, Vestergaard, and NIIT Limited, she is known for creating workplaces that inspire and teams that thrive.
With an MBA degree from IMT Ghaziabad, she combines academic rigor with real-world insights, reflecting her strategic acumen and innovative approach to navigating complex people challenges.
Jay is a Client Success Leader with more than 25 years’ experience in SaaS solutions and Management Consulting services. In one of his early jobs Jay created a factory capacity model for a semiconductor company to optimize wafer starts and ensure maximum product output. He spent much of his career working with energy clients in Houston to build and operate their SAP and Energy Trading solutions. Jay understands the importance of building strong client trust relationships and building exceptional client value.
Jay earned a B.S. in Systems & Industrial Engineering from the University of Arizona, where he won the prestigious Wayne Wymore Achievement Award as the top graduate in the program. He also won the Karen award when she agreed to marry him; they have been married for 30 years and have 4 children.
Jay has a passion for board gaming and flying his powered paraglider whenever the winds will cooperate. He also loves reading, watching movies, and spending time with family.
